I got this sandwich idea from an influencer on instagram, I will tag her below. I'm not going to write about what inspired me to make this, because I already told you, but it is now my go to sandwich so here is everything you will need.
Ingredients:
Honey Wheat Bread- or whatever you prefer, due to my health I have to watch which types of bread I eat.
Pesto- I get the kind in the jar in the pasta sauce isle
Whipped Cream Cheese- original
Baby Arugula
Rotisserie Chicken- or shaved turkey
Avocado- I like to mash it with everything bagel seasoning, salt, and pepper, then spread it on my bread
Dijon mustard
Shallot- if you're feeling fancy
I toast my bread I think it tastes better that way. I use garlic rotisserie chicken but that's just my preference. This sandwich is very filling, without feeling heavy. With my endometriosis it doesn't make my stomach hurt or make feel super bloated the next day!
